Langage exempt de préjugés

Avant de commencer, assurez-vous d'avoir :
Un compte Cisco.com actif
L'utilisateur doit avoir accès à la commande dans CCW
Étape 1 : Accédez à Cisco Commerce Workspace et connectez-vous avec vos informations d'identification Cisco.com.
Étape 2 : dans la recherche globale, recherchez le numéro de commande client ou le numéro de commande électronique auquel un compte Smart doit être attribué.
Étape 3 : À partir des résultats de la recherche, cliquez sur le numéro de commande client/électronique pour afficher les détails de la commande.
Étape 4 : cliquez sur le lien « Afficher ou modifier les affectations de comptes Smart » présent dans le message de bannière affiché en haut de la page.
Étape 5 : cliquez sur Attribuer un compte Smart.
Étape 6 : Dans la liste déroulante « Sélectionner un compte existant », sélectionnez un paramètre de recherche. Les options disponibles sont Identificateur de domaine/Nom de compte/ID d'e-mail. Recherchez ensuite le compte Smart.
Étape 7 : Sélectionnez le compte Smart souhaité dans les résultats de la recherche.
Étape 8 : Sélectionnez un compte virtuel approprié dans le champ « Nom du compte virtuel » et cliquez sur le bouton Affecter.
Étape 9 : Cochez la case pour accepter les conditions d'utilisation et cliquez sur le bouton Envoyer.
Étape 10 : Enfin, cliquez sur "Oui" pour soumettre la modification.
Remarque : les utilisateurs internes doivent ouvrir un dossier auprès de l'équipe d'assistance des licences pour obtenir les commandes affectées à un compte Smart. Aucune vérification n'est en place pour les utilisateurs internes ayant accès à la page d'après-vente afin de limiter le mouvement non autorisé des commandes.
Dépannage :
J'ai modifié/attribué l'association de sécurité, mais mes licences ne sont toujours pas dans le compte Smart. Veuillez vérifier si :
Les commandes sont expédiées (la licence sera transférée une fois que les commandes sont expédiées et confirmées).
Le compte Smart est actif (vérifiez auprès de l'équipe d'assistance si l'état de l'association de sécurité est En attente).
Les commandes sont bloquées en attente d'exportation.
2. Je suis partenaire et je dois déplacer la commande de mon compte provisoire vers mon compte client final. Les partenaires peuvent attribuer des commandes de licences de comptes provisoires partenaires à votre compte Smart dans Cisco Commerce (CCW).
Les comptes provisoires des partenaires permettent aux utilisateurs de suspendre temporairement les commandes de produits compatibles avec les comptes Smart jusqu'à ce que votre compte Smart soit identifié. Les droits ne sont pas disponibles dans un compte provisoire de partenaire. Les droits de licence Smart peuvent uniquement être affichés ou gérés dans votre compte Smart. Pour attribuer le compte Smart, répétez les étapes du processus.
Je ne vois pas l'association de sécurité/VA affectée dans le portail CCW-R pour un WO# donné. Effectuez les étapes 1 à 4 pour afficher l'affectation d'association de sécurité/VA dans CCW.
