Ce document décrit le flux d'appels du point de vue de la passerelle d'entrée IOS® basée sur H.323 dans un déploiement de file d'attente d'appels et de collecte.
Dans le déploiement de la file d'attente d'appels et de la collecte, le CVP interagit avec la gestion intelligente des contacts (ICM) pour prendre des décisions de routage d'appels. ICM demande au CVP de fournir un traitement VRU (Voice Response Unit) à l'appel entrant pour lire les invites du menu et recueillir des chiffres afin de déterminer le groupe de compétences à sélectionner. Lorsque le groupe de compétences a été identifié et qu'un agent du groupe de compétences est disponible, ICM demande au CVP de connecter l'appel entrant au téléphone IP de l'agent via Cisco CallManager. Si l'agent n'est pas disponible, ICM demande au CVP de fournir un traitement de file d'attente d'appels (par exemple, lire une invite de mise en attente musicale). Cette section décrit le flux d'appels résultant de cet exemple de configuration :
Un appel RNIS arrive au niveau de la passerelle RTPC/VXML sur T1 PRI 1/0/0.
La passerelle IOS correspond au terminal de numérotation dial-peer 2 du POTS comme terminal de numérotation dial-peer entrant pour cet appel.
La passerelle IOS correspond au terminal de numérotation dial-peer VoIP 1 comme terminal de numérotation dial-peer sortant pour cet appel.
La passerelle IOS préfixe le préfixe tech-prefix “ 2# ” au numéro appelé et envoie un ARQ au contrôleur d'accès.
Le contrôleur d'accès achemine l'appel vers CVP.
CVP répond à l'appel et la connexion de support RTP est établie entre la passerelle d'entrée IOS et CVP.
CVP informe ICM du nouvel appel.
ICM exécute le script associé au numéro appelé de cet appel.
ICM demande à CVP de fournir un traitement VRU pour lire une invite Menu (Main_Welcome_Menu.wav) et collecter des chiffres pour identifier le groupe de compétences.

ICM envoie également l'étiquette ICM (8001112222) du VRU réseau à CVP.
CVP envoie une requête ARQ (avec l'étiquette VRU de destination = réseau) au contrôleur d'accès.
Le contrôleur d'accès fournit l'adresse IP de la passerelle VXML dans la réponse ACF.
CVP envoie une configuration H225 à la passerelle VXML qui établit ensuite une session VXML à CVP. Référez-vous à ces URL pour comprendre les interactions entre les serveurs VXML Gateway et CVP, VXML Gateway et ASR/TTS :
CVP déconnecte sa connexion de support RTP existante à la passerelle d'entrée en envoyant H245 Empty TCS.
CVP établit une connexion de support RTP entre la passerelle d'entrée et la passerelle VXML.
L'appelant RTPC entre le chiffre “ 1 ” pour sélectionner le groupe de compétences “ TAC ”. La passerelle d'entrée envoie le DTMF via RTP NTE à la passerelle VXML 16). La passerelle VXML signale les chiffres au CVP via VXML, qui fait ensuite rapport à ICM.

CVP envoie une requête ARQ (avec destination = étiquette d'agent) au contrôleur d'accès.
Gatekeeper fournit l'adresse IP de Cisco CallManager dans la réponse ACF.
CVP envoie une configuration H225 à Cisco CallManager qui établit ensuite un appel vers le téléphone IP de l'agent.
CVP établit une connexion de support RTP entre la passerelle d'entrée et le téléphone de l'agent.
L'appelant RTPC raccroche l'appel après avoir terminé la conversation avec l'agent.
La passerelle d'entrée déconnecte l'appel au CVP et informe le contrôleur d'accès de la fin de l'appel.
CVP déconnecte ensuite l'appel à CCM.
Utilisez cette section pour confirmer que votre configuration fonctionne correctement au niveau du contrôleur d'accès IOS.
L'Outil Interpréteur de sortie (clients enregistrés uniquement) (OIT) prend en charge certaines commandes show. Utilisez l'OIT pour afficher une analyse de la sortie de la commande show .
