Cet article se concentre sur les CLI applicables au dépannage de problèmes spécifiques aux abonnés. Qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul ou un seul groupe d'abonnés connus qui rencontrent un problème ou un groupe d'abonnés inconnu (au début), il existe un certain nombre d'interfaces de ligne de commande qui peuvent aider à identifier le problème. Utilisez-les en combinaison avec des CLI statistiques (non spécifiques aux abonnés) dans le processus de dépannage. Évidemment, toutes ces commandes ne s'appliqueraient pas à toutes les situations puisque certaines d'entre elles sont spécifiques au protocole, tandis que d'autres sont suffisamment génériques pour s'appliquer à tous les abonnés. Certaines s'appliquent au plan utilisateur (transfert de données entre l'abonné et le réseau) tandis que d'autres s'appliquent au plan de contrôle des appels (configuration de l'appel), tandis que d'autres peuvent s'appliquer aux deux.
Des exemples d'extraits sont fournis dans un certain nombre d'endroits pour aider à clarifier les points. Toutes les adresses IP et les informations d'identification ont été modifiées.
Il s'agit probablement de l'une des commandes les plus connues sur la plate-forme et le plus de temps est consacré ici à documenter et expliquer son utilisation. Voici un exemple où la surveillance par MSID se rapproche le plus du début de l'appel (Réponse A11) par rapport au point de la demande d'enregistrement Mobile IP (MIP) ou même de l'authentification Radius lors de la surveillance par nom d'utilisateur. Lors de l'analyse de la sous-sortie mon, tenez compte des éléments suivants :
Il s'agit en fait d'une commande de configuration globale par rapport à une commande d'exécution utilisée pour surveiller des utilisateurs spécifiques. Cette commande présente deux avantages :
Contrairement à logging monitor, cette approche utilise un accès au niveau du mode d'exécution, mais en même temps exige que le périphérique soit déjà connecté. Ceci est utile pour dépanner les données utilisateur (et/ou d'autres événements de contrôle d'appel après le point d'exécution de la commande) par opposition à la configuration d'appel car l'appel doit être déjà configuré pour que cela fonctionne (sinon, les rapports « Aucun appel ne correspond aux critères spécifiés » et n'atteint rien). Tout comme le moniteur de journalisation, « show logs » affiche toutes les données capturées.
Cette commande surveille tous les échanges de protocoles sur un châssis pour le ou les protocoles spécifiés (contrôle d'appel, plan de données) et le résultat est un style similaire à celui de l'abonné moniteur
Ceci capture la sortie pour les installations spécifiées au niveau spécifié (de l'erreur au débogage).
- Ceci présente les mêmes problèmes que pour le protocole de surveillance en ce qui concerne la charge système et le filtrage de la sortie de l'abonné
- Nécessite probablement l'exécution/la configuration d'un serveur syslog en fonction du désir des installations, du niveau de débogage et du délai de retour, ou bien les données peuvent être remplacées au moment où elles sont tentées de récupérer sur le châssis.
Pour toutes les commandes d'abonné ci-dessous, non seulement les informations d'un abonné particulier sont disponibles, mais la liste de résultats peut être limitée à un groupe d'abonnés par n'importe quel nombre de critères, tels que le service de contrôle d'appel auquel ils sont rattachés (PDSN, FA, HA, LAC, L2TP Network Server (LNS), ECS, LTE, etc.) ou une entité communiquant (avec (PCF, FA, FA, LHA, NS, SGW, etc.), carte de commutation de paquets (PSC) associée, temps de connexion ou d'inactivité restant (supérieur/inférieur à), quantité de données reçues ou envoyées (supérieur/inférieur à), nom de pool d'adresses IP associé, dormant/actif, etc., ou même diverses combinaisons de ces paramètres et de nombreux autres paramètres. Utiliser l'aide en ligne pour répertorier les possibilités et ensuite les expérimenter est une excellente façon d'apprendre.
Comme mentionné précédemment, il n'est pas nécessaire de toujours connaître l'abonné spécifique à suivre. Au lieu de connaître la catégorie dans laquelle appartiennent les abonnés, il est possible d'obtenir une liste des abonnés de la catégorie, à partir de laquelle on peut affiner/analyser et choisir des abonnés particuliers à analyser. Reportez-vous à l'aide de saisie semi-automatique de l'interface de ligne de commande pour “ show abonnés ”.
Lorsque viendra le temps de choisir un abonné en particulier, il sera nécessaire d'utiliser l'un des mots-clés suivants : nom d'utilisateur, International Mobile Subscriber Identitiy (IMSI), MSID, Mobile Station RNIS (MSISDN), etc.
Il s'agit probablement de la commande numéro un d'abonné qui existe et doit être capturée pour chaque problème d'abonné. Il inclut une TONNE d'informations pour l'abonné spécifié et peut s'avérer très utile pour le dépannage des problèmes d'abonnés. Bien qu'il ne soit pas possible de discuter de chaque champ ici, certains champs sont évidemment couramment vérifiés et référencés plus que d'autres, bien que chaque scénario soit différent selon ce qui est en cours de dépannage. Bien que les commandes “ show port npu counters ” et “ show port datalink counters ” s'appliquent à une interface entière, si vous essayez de voir si le système traite les données d'un abonné particulier depuis l'interface de sortie (voir la mention ci-dessus de limitation de l'abonné de surveillance), et que l'abonné peut être contrôlé, essayez d'envoyer des paquets très volumineux via le réseau, et voyez si les compteurs d'interface incrément par le nombre de paquets envoyés dans la fenêtre courte pendant laquelle ils sont
envoyé. Pour ce faire avec confiance dans les résultats, il est nécessaire de s'assurer que les compteurs de la taille de paquet choisie n'augmentent généralement pas très fréquemment avant d'exécuter le test.
