Come si appone un piè di pagina o una dichiarazione di non responsabilità sui messaggi di posta elettronica che escono dalla rete per un gruppo specifico di utenti?
Molte organizzazioni desiderano inserire un piè di pagina nei messaggi in uscita dal proprio sistema di posta elettronica. Questa operazione viene in genere eseguita per motivi legali, ad esempio per aggiungere una dichiarazione di non responsabilità al messaggio o per avvisare il destinatario che il messaggio contiene comunicazioni protette. In AsyncOS, questo processo è denominato "timbro a piè di pagina".
La stampa a piè di pagina è un'arte piuttosto inesatta e in genere è utile solo per la posta in uscita. Ciò è dovuto al fatto che molti messaggi hanno una struttura complessa, ad esempio parti del corpo di HTML o Microsoft Word e l'aggiunta di un piè di pagina in tali parti del corpo potrebbe non essere possibile. L'inserimento di timbri a piè di pagina può essere eseguito in due passaggi. Viene innanzitutto creato il piè di pagina. Il piè di pagina viene quindi aggiunto al messaggio in uno dei tre modi seguenti.
- Creare innanzitutto il piè di pagina. Nella GUI, selezionare Mail Policies -> Text Resources (Policy di posta -> Risorse di testo), quindi fare clic su Add Text Resource (Aggiungi risorsa di testo).
- Creare un filtro del contenuto in uscita privo di condizioni, che verrà quindi applicato a tutti i messaggi nel criterio di posta e che includerà l'azione 'Aggiungi piè di pagina' con il piè di pagina creato
- Abilitare il filtro di timbratura del piè di pagina nel criterio.
Suggerimento: sebbene l'indicazione del piè di pagina possa essere eseguita sul listener, oppure con un filtro messaggi o un filtro contenuti, il modo più semplice per eseguire questa operazione per un gruppo specifico di utenti è quello di utilizzare un filtro contenuti.
È inoltre possibile aggiungere un piè di pagina ai messaggi utilizzando un filtro messaggi:
