Quando si integrano tecnologie VoIP (Voice over IP) in reti PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) e PBX (Private Branch Exchange) legacy, è talvolta necessario passare un tipo di segnalazione noto come hookflash. Un hookflash è una breve interruzione nel loop corrente sui trunk loopstart che il sistema collegato non interpreta come una disconnessione di chiamata.
In questo documento viene illustrato come risolvere i problemi relativi al trasferimento hookflash sul gateway analogico con Cisco CallManager e il protocollo di segnalazione MGCP (Media Gateway Control Protocol). La piattaforma Cisco VG200 viene utilizzata per il gateway voce con protocollo MGCP, mentre Cisco CallManager versione 3.2(2)c viene utilizzato come agente di chiamata (CA) per il protocollo MGCP. L'interpretazione di Cisco CallManager del flash è di richiamare funzionalità supplementari per il trasferimento di chiamata. Questa opzione è abilitata per impostazione predefinita su Cisco CallManager. L'interpretazione del flash hookflash non può essere modificata per rappresentare altre funzionalità come una conferenza o una chiamata a tre vie.
Prima di provare la configurazione, verificare che siano soddisfatti i seguenti requisiti:

Il router VG200 punta a Cisco CallManager (171.69.85.107) come autorità di certificazione. L'intelligence del protocollo MGCP si trova all'interno della CA, in questo caso Cisco CallManager. Anche la configurazione dial-plan per i telefoni analogici collegati alle porte FXS del VG200 è configurata interamente sulla CA.

Questa sezione mostra le acquisizioni di debug funzionali e riuscite per un trasferimento hookflash eseguito dal telefono dalla porta voce FXS.
Il flusso di chiamata di base è il seguente:
Il telefono IP A (il numero composto [DN] è 1000) chiama il telefono VG200 C (il DN è 7000) dalla porta vocale 1/0/0.
Il telefono C risponde alla chiamata e poi esegue un hookflash attivando e disattivando rapidamente l'hook.
Il VG200 rileva il segnale come hookflash e inoltra il segnale a Cisco CallManager che utilizza MGCP.
Cisco CallManager invia una risposta al VG200 e indica al VG200 di riprodurre il segnale di composizione e di mettere in attesa il telefono IP A.
L'utente al telefono C compone quindi l'estensione B del telefono IP (DN è 1001). Il VG200 raccoglie le cifre e inoltra la chiamata a Cisco CallManager.
Quando Cisco CallManager trova uno schema di composizione che corrisponde, CallManager squilla il telefono IP B e attende una risposta.
Il telefono IP B non è collegato e Cisco CallManager connette le due parti (il telefono IP A e il telefono IP B).
Trasferimento chiamata completato.

Il telefono IP A (DN è 1000) chiama il telefono VG200 C (DN è 7000) dalla porta vocale 1/0/0.
Il telefono C risponde alla chiamata e poi esegue un hookflash con il pulsante della funzione flash sul telefono.
VG200 non è in grado di rilevare il segnale come hookflash e di interrompere la chiamata.
La ragione di questo tipo di errore è che alcuni apparecchi telefonici hanno un pulsante chiamato flash o richiamo che invia un'interruzione di loop temporizzata, o flash calibrato, che è essenzialmente un hookflash che ha un preciso valore di tempo impostato. In questo esempio, il valore di tempo ha superato il valore di tempo predefinito di input hookflash definito per la porta voce. Il router tratta quindi il hookflash come segnalazione on-hook e disconnette la chiamata.
Risoluzione: Usare il comando timing hookflash-input milliseconds con l'impostazione della porta voce, per aumentare il valore di input hookflash per la porta voce. Tuttavia, questa azione presenta uno svantaggio. Quando la porta FXS è configurata per un valore di tempo di input hookflash lungo (superiore a 500 msec), gli utenti potrebbero scoprire che, quando interrompono e prendono immediatamente il ricevitore, la chiamata non è stata cancellata. In questo caso, il ricevitore deve essere lasciato sul gancio per un periodo più lungo per cancellare la chiamata. Se il valore è impostato su un valore troppo basso, l'hookflash può essere interpretato come un'interruzione. In alcuni casi, il rimbalzo della base può causare problemi. (Quando il ricevitore è sospeso, la tensione della molla sul pulsante di aggancio causa più brevi interruzioni sulla linea nota come rimbalzo della base). Talvolta, per ottenere i migliori risultati, è necessario regolare attentamente il valore di tempo di input hookflash.
Di seguito è riportato un elenco di debug abilitati sul router per la risoluzione dei problemi e il debug del file di log di acquisizione sul router. Di seguito viene mostrato solo l'output pertinente dei debug. Il resto dell'output è lo stesso di quello mostrato nella sezione Debug da chiamate riuscite di questo documento.
