Introduzione
In questo documento viene descritto come risolvere i problemi relativi agli avvisi del registro SMF (Session Management Function) correlati a All Peers are Dead, Setting status code to 0
.
Problema
L'impatto della sessione è stato segnalato sul file SMF.
Analisi
Registra tutti i peer inattivi
Il registro indica che tutti i peer in SelectedProfileName:CHF-OFF sono inattivi.
Il log copre tutti gli endpoint configurati su SMF e ogni volta che si rileva che tutti i peer sono inattivi all'interno del profilo, questo determina sempre un impatto sulla sessione.

In base alla configurazione, SMF tenta di raggiungere il server primario con priorità più alta nel caso in cui sia presente un sistema con codice HTTP 504 (timeout), quindi tenta di raggiungere il server secondario. Se l'operazione non riesce, anche in questo caso il sistema imposta la sessione in modalità Continua.
Nell'esempio, la funzione di caricamento secondaria (CHF) per Offline è 10.10.10.2. SMF ha ricevuto l'errore 504 e l'azione è FailureContinueAction.

Controlli SMF
In SMF, controllare i peer e il tempo di connessione relativo all'endpoint che ha segnalato il problema.

Assegni Grafana
È stata osservata la correlazione diretta tra HTTP 504 Timeout e l'ora del problema.

Controlli Nexus
Controllare se si sono verificati flap.

Soluzione
La soluzione a questo problema varia in questo caso perché SMF è il client e CHF è il server.
La perdita della connessione non è stata causata da SMF.
