In questo documento viene descritto uno specifico caso di utilizzo in cui il punto di accesso è bloccato durante l'aggiornamento del codice durante il processo di aggiunta del controller.

- Buona comprensione per il processo di unione dell'access point con il Catalyst 9800 WLC.

Questo flusso di risoluzione dei problemi è applicabile ai punti di accesso connessi in modalità locale o ai punti di accesso connessi in modalità flex connect in un sito di succursale.

Scenario d'uso
In questo documento viene descritto uno specifico caso di utilizzo in cui il punto di accesso completa la fase di individuazione e unione ma rimane bloccato nella fase di controllo dei dati dell'immagine. Questo problema si verifica a causa di un push di aggiornamento del codice tra il controller LAN wireless e il punto di accesso. Viene visualizzato un messaggio di errore che indica che non è disponibile spazio nel dispositivo.

C. Al termine del processo di unione, il punto di accesso entra nella fase dei dati dell'immagine. Durante questa fase, è possibile osservare un trasferimento dell'immagine dal controller all'access point, che non riesce, accompagnato dal messaggio di errore "No space left on device" (Spazio esaurito sul dispositivo).

Soluzione
Esistono diverse soluzioni per gestire questo problema:
Opzione 1. Innanzitutto, eseguire l'aggiornamento a un'immagine intermedia con correzione prima di passare a 17.7+. 1. Aggiornare alla versione 17.3.5.2. Procedere con l'aggiornamento alla versione 17.7+.
Opzione 2. Soluzione alternativa manuale DE: mount -o remount,size=100M /tmp/ Richiede l'accesso dev.
Una di queste opzioni funziona correttamente e potrebbe essere necessario assistenza per TAC quando si utilizza l'opzione 2.
