この設定例では、ノード ルート プロセッサ（NRP）アダプタを搭載した Cisco 6400 ユニバーサル アクセス コンセントレータ（UAC）を紹介します。ポイントツーポイントおよびマルチポイント NRP の設定例を紹介します。Point-to-Point Protocol over Asynchronous Transfer Mode（PPPoA）（aal5mux ppp）で設定されている 2 つの Cisco 827 デジタル加入者線（DSL）ルータが Cisco 6400 で終端しています。

また、Cisco 6130デジタル加入者線アクセスマルチプレクサ(DSLAM)NI2およびCisco 6400ノードスイッチプロセッサ(NSP)の設定についても説明します。
