このドキュメントでは、あるCisco Mシリーズデバイスから別のデバイスにデータベース(DB)をバックアップする方法について説明します。
前提条件

問題
セカンダリMシリーズデバイスへのDBのバックアップを開始します。
解決方法
セカンダリMシリーズデバイスへのDBのバックアップを開始する前の要件を次に示します。
- 両方のMシリーズデバイスが同じAsyncOSバージョン(7.2以降のみ)上にある必要があります
- ターゲットのMシリーズデバイスには、バックアップ用に十分なディスク領域が必要です。[システム管理] > [ディスク管理]に移動します(ディスクが残っている場合の割り当て方法については、オンラインドキュメントを参照してください)。
セットアップ中に十分なディスク領域がない場合は、次のようなメッセージが表示されることがあります。
Verifying target machine for version compatibility and disk space...
Backup cannot be scheduled. Reason: There is not enough space for Centralized
Spam Quarantine, Centralized Email Tracking, Centralized Reporting. Please
increase disk allocation for these services on the target machine.
または
Verifying target machine for version compatibility and disk space...

ターゲットマシンで前述したように、ディスククォータを確認します。
2つのセキュリティ管理アプライアンス(SMA)、1つのM650(m650sma.runという名前のDBシステムのソース)、およびターゲットM1050(m1050sma.runとIP 192.168.15.1のDBシステムののののバックアップ)。
送信元Mシリーズ(テストsma1.example.com)のCLIにログインし、次のコマンドを入力します。
