背景説明

署名付きイメージと署名なしイメージ（イメージ認証）

Cisco IP Phone 7960および7940で使用されるイメージには、次の2種類があります。署名されたイメージと署名されていないイメージ画像認証は、署名付きバイナリファイルを使用して実行されます。署名付きイメージには.sbn拡張子が付き、署名なしイメージには.bin拡張子が付きます。

5.xより前のイメージバージョンでは、署名されていないバイナリファイルを受け入れます。イメージバージョン5.x以降では、署名付きバイナリファイルのみを使用できるため、Cisco IP Phone 7960および7940のセキュリティが向上します。ただし、署名付きバイナリファイルを使用すると、以前の署名されていないファームウェアイメージに戻ることはできません。バージョン5.0のファームウェアイメージがインストールされると、プロトコルに関係なく、イメージを以前のバージョンに置き換えることはできません。ファームウェアイメージは、別の署名付きイメージバージョン5.x以降にのみ置き換えることができます。Cisco IP Phone 7960および7940のバージョン5.0より前のすべてのバージョンは、インストール後に電話機にロードされません。

必要なSCCPファームウェアファイルは、Cisco IP Phone FW 7900シリーズ（非SIP） – ソフトウェアダウンロード (登録ユーザ専用)からダウンロードできます。 Cisco IP Phoneモデルに適した.zipファイルをダウンロードします。Cisco IP Phoneのモデルによっては、.zipファイルに1つまたは複数のファイルを含めることができます。

Cisco IP Phoneモデル7960および7940のファームウェアバージョン7.2(3).zipファイル(cmterm-7940-7960-sccp.7-2-3.zip)には、次のファイルが含まれています。
