What’s happening
Based on a survey of Cisco employees, their work preferences coming out the pandemic have shifted from their pre-pandemic mindsets.
The impact
In response to the changing preferences of our employees, we are transforming our physical workspaces and making changes such as decreasing individual workspaces in favor of spaces designed for collaboration and connection. If employees are coming into an office it should be for a purpose, and we believe that physical offices and "virtual offices" should work together to provide a seamless, engaged, and inclusive experience for our people.

Listen to your employees to ensure that you're designing hybrid work configurations that play to their strengths, take their preferences into account, and enable the work to get done in a safe, secure, seamless, and flexible way.
