Dit document beschrijft hoe u de e-mail- en netwerkconnectiviteit kunt testen via een e-mail security applicatie (ESA) met bevlekken.
Hoe test ik de verbinding tussen de e-mail en het netwerk via een ESA met behulp van smtpping?
In uw Cisco ESA kunt u, om netwerkproblemen op de juiste manier op te lossen en transmissiefouten te identificeren, ervoor kiezen om de validatie van foutmeldingen te zien in e-maillogbestanden bij het verzenden naar een bepaalde MTA.
Om diagnostische hulpmiddelen zoals smtpping te gebruiken, moet u verbinding maken met de CLI van uw ESA.
U kunt dan diagnostiek uitvoeren > Netwerk > Snel.
Volg de instructies om de connectiviteit te testen of om een testbericht te verzenden.
