Introduction
Este documento descreve como solucionar problemas se você acabar com o erro de "tempo limite da conexão" no CloudCenter Orchestrator (CCO).
Problema
Depois de configurar o MongoDB para CCO, é provável que ele falhe quando não puder se conectar corretamente com o MongoDB. Esse problema pode surgir devido a muitos fatores, no entanto, o cenário mencionado é com as portas que são bloqueadas por IPTABLES.
Para diagnosticar o problema, é sempre aconselhável procurar os arquivos de log e verificar a causa real do erro. Aqui o erro é causado devido ao tempo limite da conexão.

Solução
Adicione uma exceção para MongoDB nos IPTABLES e execute este comando:
# iptables -A INPUT -ptcp --dport 27017 -j ACCEPT
Em seguida, reinicie o serviço MongoDB e reinicie o serviço tomcat:
# /etc/init.d/mongod restart
# /etc/init.d/tomcat restart
