Como carimbo um rodapé/aviso de isenção de responsabilidade em mensagens de e-mail que saem da minha rede para grupos específicos de usuários?
Muitas organizações querem colocar um rodapé nas mensagens enviadas de seus sistemas de e-mail. Isso normalmente é feito por motivos legais, como adicionar um aviso de isenção de responsabilidade à mensagem ou avisar o destinatário de que a mensagem contém comunicações protegidas. No AsyncOS, isso é chamado de "carimbo de rodapé".
O carimbo do rodapé é uma arte bastante inexata e geralmente só é útil para e-mails enviados. Isso ocorre porque muitas mensagens têm uma estrutura complexa, como HTML ou partes de corpo do Microsoft Word, e adicionar um rodapé a essas partes de corpo pode ou não ser possível. Há duas etapas para carimbar o rodapé. Primeiro, o rodapé é criado. Em seguida, o rodapé é adicionado à mensagem de três maneiras.
- Primeiro, crie o rodapé. Na GUI, navegue para Políticas de e-mail -> Recursos de texto e clique em Adicionar recurso de texto
- Criar um filtro de conteúdo de saída sem condições (portanto, ele será aplicado a todas as mensagens na política de e-mail) e terá a ação 'Adicionar rodapé' com o rodapé criado
- Habilite o filtro de carimbo de rodapé na política.
