WAAS Express是内置在路由器等设备上运行的IOS中的WAAS功能。WAAS Central Manager可以管理WAAS Express设备以及WAAS网络中的其他WAAS设备。本文介绍如何排除WAAS Express设备运行故障。

注意：WAAS 4.3.1版中引入了WAAS Express Central Manager支持。本部分不适用于早期的WAAS版本。

验证WAAS Express映像版本

要验证WAAS Express映像版本，请在WAAS Express路由器上使用show waas status命令。要从WAAS Central Manager查看WAAS Express映像版本，请选择“我的WAN”>“管理设备”。

检验启用WAAS的接口

注意：WAAS应仅在WAN接口上启用。如果要优化的连接通过多个WAN接口路由，则WAAS应应用于所有这些WAN接口。

验证WAAS优化数据

在WAAS Express设备上，使用show waas statistics application命令列出分类到每个应用的优化数据。WAAS Express设备不显示直通数据。此数据用于在WAAS Central Manager中生成TCP相关图表。

脱机警报

由于以下问题，WAAS Express设备可能会在中央管理器中进入脱机状态：

• 中央管理器没有WAAS Express设备凭证。

未在中央管理器中为此WAAS Express设备配置凭证。WAAS Central Manager需要WAAS Express用户名和密码才能与WAAS Express设备通信。您可以通过选择My WAN（或WAAS Express设备或设备组）> Admin > WAAS Express Credentials ，在中央管理器中配置凭 据，以便在Central Manager中配置凭据。

• 与WAAS Express设备通信时身份验证失败。

中央管理器无法与WAAS Express通信，因为配置了错误的凭证。您可以通过选择My WAN（或WAAS Express设备或设备组）> Admin > WAAS Express Credentials ，在中央管理器中配置凭 据，以便在Central Manager中配置凭据。

• 与WAAS Express设备通信时，SSL握手失败。

WAAS Express设备证书已更改，并且不会在中央管理器中为此设备导入相同的证书。要重新导入WAAS Express设备证书，请选择WAAS Express设备，然后选择 Admin > Certificate。

• 没有到WAAS Express设备的路由。

• WAAS Express设备拒绝连接。

• WAAS Express设备上不提供WAAS支持。

WAAS Express设备降级为不支持WAAS的IOS映像版本。安装支持WAAS的IOS映像。

• 与WAAS Express设备通信时连接超时。

WAAS Express设备响应中央管理器需要30秒以上。可能是因为WAAS Express设备过载或网络速度缓慢。

• 许可证在WAAS Express设备上过期。

WAAS Express设备上的评估许可证已过期。使用WAAS Express license install命令安装永久 许可证。

• 与WAAS Express设备通信时，SSL连接关闭不正确。

WAAS Express设备和中央管理器使用加密rc4-128-md5进行SSL通信。有时，中央管理器无法解密WAAS Express发送的SSL数据。使用WAAS Express命令 ip http secure-ciphersuite 3des-ede-cbc-sha des-cbc-sha rc4-128-sha配置密码3des-ede-cbc-sha、des-cbc-sha和rc4-128。

• 无法检查WAAS Express设备的状态。

已知问题

意外的WAAS-Express许可证到期

• WAAS-Express许可证在show license中处于活动状态。但是，WAAS-Express许可证在show waas status中已过期。这可能是已知的Bug，CSCtw86624。请发出以下show命令来验证此错误。WAAS CM认为许可证已过期，并将设备显示为脱机。但是，应优化连接，因为根据许可证，该功能处于活动状态。

解决方案：升级到推荐的WAAS-Express版本2映像 — 15.2(4)M1或安装永久许可证。

症状：WAAS-Express无法向WAAS CM注册

可能的原因#1：连接问题

• WAA-Express路由器能否到达WAAS CM?

故障排除步骤：检验WAAS CM是否能从路由器ping通。此外，如果WAAS-Express路由器位于NAT和/或防火墙后，则需要静态NAT条目和/或防火墙允许规则以允许WAAS CM连接到WAAS-Express HTTPS服务器。要管理NAT/防火墙后的WAAS-Express设备，WAAS CM允许用户手动更改/指定WAAS-Express设备的地址，以供WAAS CM使用。用户可以从设备激活页面更改地址。

解决方案：检查路由和网络拓扑，确保WAAS CM可从路由器访问，反之亦然，请在WAAS-Express设备上启用以下调试。

如果需要，请检查以下调试以确定注册期间SSL握手是否失败：

可能的原因#1:WAAS-Express设备证书更改

问题 show run |包括crypto pki trustpoint。非持久信任点命名的格式为 TP-self-signed-xxxxxxxxxxxx。

• 有些实例可以重新生成证书，但主要原因是信任创建为非持久性。如果启用带15.2(3)T的SSL Express AO，也可能命中CSCtz85134。
  

解决方案：升级到15.2(4)M1并重新创建永久信任点。从WAAS CM删除证书并重新注册。

• 这是从15.1(3)T升级到15.2(3)T吗？

在15.2(3)T中，crypto pki trustpoint中有一个强制配置，需要配置rsa-keypair。如果升级前未显示此配置，这可能导致路由器无法检测信任点。这将导致HTTPS连接失败。CSCty04359中记录了此问题。

解决方案：删除信任点并重新创建。从WAAS CM删除证书并重新注册。

可能的原因#2:使用的证书或信任点不正确

• 路由器是否配置了多个信任点？

在WAAS CM注册期间，WAAS-Express路由器选择用于向WAAS CM发送证书的信任点。这可能与WAAS-Express路由器上的本地HTTPS服务器使用的信任点不同。

解决方案：验证在ip http secure-trustpoint <trustpoint_name>和ip http-client secure-trustpoint <trustpoint_name>中配置了相同的信任点

可能的原因#3:设备身份验证问题

• 身份验证是否失败？

通过使用HTTPS将浏览器定向到WAAS-Express路由器并手动尝试身份验证，验证您可以登录WAAS-Express路由器。

解决方案：验证手动身份验证是否成功。

症状：WAAS CM和WAAS-Express之间的不匹配统计信息

可能的原因#1：时钟不同步

WAAS CM和WAAS-Express时钟需要同步，因此强烈建议将NTP服务器配置为同步时钟。

• WAAS CM上是否显示时钟不匹配消息？
  • 验证路由器时钟与UTC格式的WAAS CM时钟相同。删除任何时区和夏时制配置，并比较WAAS CM和WAAS-Express路由器之间的UTC时间。
    
  • 已知DDTS:CSCtz32667、CSCtz97973、CSCtk74707、CSCtl24210。确定您的问题是否与这些DDTS中的任何DDTS相似，并遵循DDTS中建议的解决方法。

解决方案：配置NTP并检验所有设备的时钟是否已同步。遵循上述DDTS中的解决方法，或升级到最新的15.2(4)M1或更高版本。

• WAAS-Express路由器或对等设备中有多条WAN链路。请注意，主用/主用或主用/备用路由器不支持WAAS-Express，因为离开和进入WAN的流量都需要位于同一WAAS-Express路由器上。如果有多条WAN链路，请确保所有WAN链路都已启用config waas。确保对等路由器上的所有WAN链路和路由器都配置了将流量重定向到WAAS的配置。
  
• 控制数据包(SYN、SYN-ACK、ACK)未使用WAAS选项进行标记。如果流量未重定向到对等端的WAAS，则可能会发生这种情况。检查您的WCCP ACL。

连接速度慢/性能下降

故障排除步骤

  • WAE默认打开ECN，并发送设置了ECT位的数据包。旧设备可能不喜欢设置了ECT位的数据包，因此可能会丢弃这些数据包，导致重新传输，从而降低性能。在特定客户案例中，中间的设备（使用旧IOS映像）正在丢弃在TCP报头中设置ECT位的数据包。
  • 在配置模式下使用以下命令可关闭核心WAE上的ECN:no tcp ecn enable
• 设置是否在多个WAN链路上启用了WAAS-Express?如果是，是否使用负载分担？
  • 不支持每数据包负载共享。

* Go to device-group-2 -> Policy Definitions page and click on 'Force DG settings' button.
