    背景信息

    Cisco IP Communicator是基于Windows PC的软电话应用，允许您使用个人计算机进行高级语音和视频呼叫。提供最新的IP通信技术，易于获取、部署和使用。

    使用USB头戴式耳机或USB免提电话和Cisco IP Communicator，您可以轻松访问公司电话号码和语音邮件。您只需要互联网连接和远程访问公司网络，无论您是在家工作、支持联系中心还是出差。

    收集PRT的步骤

    步骤1.导航至“开始”并搜索“创建CIPC问题报告”，如图所示。

    步骤2.显示如图所示的屏幕。

    步骤3.单击“下一步”，并写下与问题相关的简短说明，如图所示。

    步骤 4：单击Next，它将显示图像中所示的进程屏幕。

    步骤 5：单击“完成”，如图所示。下载文件的默认路径在用户桌面上。
