背景
CALLGUID(全局唯一标识)是在呼叫的不同阶段识别呼叫的唯一值。对于Contact Center Enterprise(CCE)12.5版及更低版本,无论座席何时进行转接或会议呼叫,CallGUID都会有所不同。这是通过“终止呼叫详细信息”(TCD)表看到的,客户出于报告目的使用此表来了解座席何时进行了这些操作。现在,CCE版本12.6实施了更改,并且无论何时座席转接或进行会议呼叫,CALLGUID都会保持不变。
概述
两个座席电话都是Cisco Unified Communications Manager(CUCM)上的分机,呼叫方是公共交换电话网(PSTN)号码。
CUCM 198.18.133.3。
座席1分机1080。
PSTN呼叫方。
全面的呼叫流程:
1)PSTN > CUBE > CVP > ICM > VVB > CUCM > Agent。
2)来自UCCE的呼叫座席 — Transfer—> CTI Route Point —> ICM —> CVP交互式语音应答(IVR)。
高级呼叫流
1)PSTN呼叫方呼叫免费号码(TFN),该号码先呼叫CUBE,然后呼叫CVP。
2)完成综合呼叫流程后,呼叫将路由至带分机1080的座席1。
3)代理1选择Consult in Finesse并拨打计算机电话集成路由点(CTI RP)以获取IVR。
4)座席选择Conference,现在在Agent、PSTN和IVR之间连接。
5)IVR完成并丢弃会议。座席和PSTN呼叫方将保留。
故障排除
默认OPC跟踪(诊断门户中的0级)足以跟踪呼叫。
