本文档中的信息都是基于特定实验室环境中的设备编写的。本文档中使用的所有设备最初均采用原始(默认)配置。如果您的网络处于活动状态,请确保您了解所有命令的潜在影响。
接口关闭或接口抖动的原因有很多。如图1所示,链路可能由于多台设备而断开。它显示了一台NCS路由器,其中有一个前面板端口通过PHY(物理层)设备连接到NPU(网络处理器单元),位于前面板端口之间(称为基于PHY的端口)。有些平台的前面板端口直接连接到NPU(称为PHYless端口)。一台路由器可以同时使用两种变体。

某些平台/线卡在某些端口上支持多种速度。示例包括:1/10GE、25/40GE、40/100GE、1/10/25GE。
速度可以在每个端口或每组端口上配置。查看NCS上端口映射的硬件文档。检查端口速度设置是否正确。有些端口可以自动感知速度,有些端口需要配置。
有些端口可以按组进行配置(通常为四端口:四端口组)。

某些端口可以单独配置。这通常是100G端口。100G是默认速度,但您可以配置40G。

请注意,在排除接口故障时,链路故障信令机制可以发挥作用。在10G及更高版本上,PHY层中包含链路故障信令机制。因此,当检测到本地故障时,远程端会收到通知。

使用“show controller optics <r/s/i/p>”命令检查是否检测到SFP/QSFP。
如果检测到光纤且正在使用,则此为示例输出。
检查“Controller State”是打开还是关闭。
检查激光状态是On还是Off。当接口关闭时,会显示Off状态。如果实际情况不是这样,请收集以下信息:

如果存在端口分组:即使一个子端口处于工作状态,所有子端口都会显示为绿色。如果至少一个子端口为admin up(no shut),则所有子端口都显示黄色。如果所有子端口都处于管理性关闭(关闭)状态,则Led状态为关闭。
检查FEC状态。某些平台类型可能禁用了FEC。则不显示FEC部件。如果在PHY上启用了FEC,则它必须显示PHY FEC状态,而不是NPU。如果FEC状态不正确,请在show controller <speed> <r/s/i/p>中检查FEC状态。

检查“Detected Alarms”(检测到的警报)旁边是否出现任何警报。如果出现链路问题,请检查此处或链路抖动时接口和时间戳的“show alarms brief/history”中是否显示了任何RX-LOS/RX-LOL/TX-LOS/TX-LOL警报。
在RX警报的情况下,检查对等设备是否有TX警报。如果对等设备有TX警报,请转到下一步。如果没有对等体TX警报,请尝试重新连接电缆和/或可插拔项目。如果需要,请尝试使用其他设备替换它们。
检查TX功率。如果端口预计为Up状态,但功率为-40 Tx,请转到下一步。检查RX电源。
如果端口预计为Up状态,但其Rx功率为-40dBm,请检查对等体是否有TX警报。
如果对等设备没有TX警报,请尝试重新连接电缆和/或可插拔项目。如果需要,请尝试使用其他设备替换它们。
