本文档介绍如何重新启动和查看邮件安全设备(ESA)或云邮件安全(CES)上服务引擎的状态。
背景信息
启动Async OS 11.1.x及更高版本后,ESA允许具有对设备SSH的管理访问权限的用户在需要时查看和重新启动某些服务。请参阅此处的版本说明。
警告:在排除特定已知问题时,服务应仅作为故障排除的一部分重新启动,如有疑问,请联系Cisco TAC。
先决条件
要求
- 运行异步OS 11.1或更高版本的ESA
- 对设备的管理SSH访问
- 熟悉通过Secure Shell(SSH)执行命令
使用的组件
本文档中的信息基于 所有支持的ESA硬件型号和运行Async OS 11.x或更高版本的虚拟设备。
要从CLI验证设备的版本信息,请输入version命令。在GUI中,选择“监控”>“系统状态”。
本文档中的信息都是基于特定实验室环境中的设备编写的。本文档中使用的所有设备最初均采用原始(默认)配置。如果您使用的是真实网络,请确保您已经了解所有命令的潜在影响。
重新启动并查看ESA/CES上启用的服务引擎的状态
1.使用SSH连接到ESA。
2.输入命令diagnostic,然后输入子命令服务
3.通过键入其名称(不区分大小写)来选择列出的服务之一。
4.某些服务可能具有子命令,根据已安装的设备许可证(如McAfee/Sophos for antivirus)来选择特定服务。
5.输入命令状态以查看服务状态,或输入命令restart重新启动服务。
