本文档介绍如何从引导加载程序提示和引导模式恢复多层数据中心交换机(MDS)。

- MDS9000 CLI配置命令
- 如何建立到MDS交换机的控制台连接。
- 如何设置MDS交换机或通过其管理端口将其连接到网络。
- 熟悉TFTP。
使用的组件
本文档中的信息基于软件要求版本6.2(9)及更高版本。 本文档使用的是支持12到48个线速16 Gbps光纤通道端口的MDS9148S交换机（交换机名称tempest）。
本文档中的信息都是基于特定实验室环境中的设备编写的。本文档中使用的所有设备最初均采用原始（默认）配置。如果您的网络处于活动状态，请确保您了解所有命令的潜在影响。
背景信息
为了正常工作，MDS交换机需要有效的非损坏启动和系统映像才能完全启动。无效、损坏或丢失启动映像会阻止交换机启动并在启动加载程序提示符处停止。具有有效Kickstart映像，但系统映像无效或丢失的交换机最终处于引导模式。
交换机启动顺序
BIOS >加载程序> Kickstart映像>系统映像
- 基本输入输出系统(BIOS)加载加载程序。
- 加载器将启动映像加载到RAM中并启动启动映像。
- 启动映像加载并启动系统映像。
- 系统映像读取启动配置文件。

恢复程序
从交换机控制台会话。

步骤1:下载交换机的Kickstart和System映像，并将其放入TFTP服务器目录。
在本示例中，TFTP服务器的IP地址为10.104.204.100。
第二步：配置交换机管理IP地址、子网掩码及其默认网关。

在本例中：
- 交换机接口mgmt0 IP地址为10.66.78.80 255.255.255.128
- 交换机默认网关IP地址为10.66.78.4
或者
对于交换机硬件型号，加载程序提示符中的IP分配语法稍有不同。
此处列出的示例用于T&V系列交换矩阵交换机。

注意：如果是第一次启动交换机（对于RMA交换机）或交换机已执行写擦除启动，则需要执行步骤2配置。
第三步：引导位于TFTP服务器目录中的Kickstart映像，以使交换机进入引导模式。

第四步：从引导模式恢复交换机。
1. 检查交换机引导提示符中的IP配置。

如果未找到IP配置，则再次配置接口管理IP地址和默认网关IP地址，如下所示。
