查找软件版本和功能集
具有Cisco IOS软件版本名称的目录将Cisco IOS映像存储为bin文件。该目录将映像存储在系统主板闪存设备 (flash:) 上。子目录包含 Web 管理所需的文件。
您可以使用 show version 特权EXEC命令来查看交换机上运行的软件版本。显示的第二行显示版本。
您还可以使用 dir filesystem: privileged EXEC 命令。此命令显示闪存中存储的任何其他软件映像的目录名称。

决定使用哪些文件Catalyst 3750的软件下载中心包含针对每个功能集和版本的两组Cisco IOS映像。其中一组仅包含扩展名为.bin的Cisco IOS映像文件。另一组包含Cisco IOS映像以及扩展名为.tar的基于Web的设备管理器。
本文档说明使用 .tar 映像以及使用 .bin 映像进行升级的过程。.tar 文件包含 Cisco IOS 映像文件和嵌入式设备管理器所需的文件。您必须使用组合的 tar 文件来通过设备管理器升级交换机。
Cisco IOS软件版本12.2(25)SEA和更早版本是指提供第2+层功能和基本第3层路由作为SMI的映像。这些软件版本是指将完整的第 3 层路由和高级服务提供为 EMI 的映像。

DRAM 内存
