恢复6400 & 6500交换矩阵互联的UCS上丢失的密码

简介

本文档提供在第4代和第5代交换矩阵互联上恢复丢失密码的过程的全面指南。

先决条件

对交换矩阵互联的物理访问。

使用的组件

交换矩阵互联6536。

RJ45至DB9串行电缆。

笔记本电脑。

恢复管理员帐户密码

步骤

1. 连接到控制台端口。 将串行管理电缆的RJ-45端插入交换矩阵互联上的控制台端口，并将DB-9凸端连接到笔记本电脑或其它计算机的串行端口。
   
   
2. 重新通电交换矩阵互联：
   1. 关闭交换矩阵互联电源。
   2. 打开交换矩阵互联电源。
      
      
3. 在控制台启动时按组合键： Ctrl + C。
   
   
4. 在加载程序提示符下，找到与命令dir一起使用的系统映像。
   
   

   loader > dir                                                                   
   
   bootflash::  
   
     lost+found
     ucs-manager-k9.4.2.3e.bin
     .rpmstore
     ucs_chassis_imgs
     installables
     ucs-6400-k9-system.9.3.5.I42.3d.bin   <----
     nuova-sim-mgmt-nsg.0.1.0.001.bin 

5. 运行命令cmdline recoverymode=1以启用恢复模式。
   
   

   loader > cmdline recoverymode=1       

6. 启动交换矩阵互联上的系统映像。
   
   

   loader > boot ucs-6400-k9-system.9.3.5.I42.3d.bin   ​

7. 然后，进入config terminal模式。
   
   

   switch(boot)# config terminal 
   Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
   switch(boot)(config)# ​

8. 重置管理员密码。
   
   

   switch(boot)(config)# admin-password 
         
         
           ​ 
         

注：请选择至少包含一个大写字母和一个数字的强密码。密码不能为空。

注意：新密码将以明文模式显示。

9.退出config terminal模式。

10.加载系统映像。

switch(boot)(config)# exit 
switch(boot)# load ucs-6400-k9-system.9.3.5.I42.3d.bin 

如果是集群配置。重复上述步骤以进入加载程序提示符。

1. 连接到控制台端口。
   
   
2. 重新通电交换矩阵互联：
   1. 关闭交换矩阵互联电源。
   2. 打开交换矩阵互联电源。
      
      
3. 在控制台启动时按组合键： Ctrl + C。
   
   
4. 在加载器提示下级交换矩阵互联时，启动映像以启动它。
   
   

loader > boot ucs-6400-k9-system.9.3.5.I42.3d.bin

提示：交换矩阵互联必须处于同一固件版本才能形成集群。

验证

通过SSH建立到交换矩阵管理IP的连接，并使用更新的密码登录。
