排除IM&P服务器上的重复用户警报故障

注意：《思科IM&P配置指南》只提及识别重复用户的单一方法。 但是，在某些情况下，utils users validate all命令不会显示任何信息或显示空输出。

故障排除

对于这些场景，建议执行以下步骤：

步骤1:登录到IM&P的管理网页(GUI)，然后导航到System Troubleshooter选项卡。

第二步：如果发现任何重复的用户条目，您可以看到上述用户的用户ID。

第三步：请注意该用户ID，并返回到IM&P的命令行界面(CLI)

第四步：运行以下命令： 

从enduser运行sql select *，其中enduser.userid='_user_ID'

系统打印可为该特定用户找到的所有条目(在本例中，用户ID为"user92")

步骤1:运行以下命令：

从终端用户运行sql delete，其中enduser.userid='user_ID'

第二步：导航到CUCM Administration页面> User Management > End User > Select the duplicated user and bounce(uncheck & then re-check)the user's Home Node Cluster复选框，以便为同一用户创建单个条目

第三步：最后一次运行此查询以验证是否只显示该用户的单个条目：
