在CUCM中注册设备取决于该设备是使用瘦协议(SCCP)还是会话发起协议(SIP),这二者之间的步骤有所更改,但故障排除步骤相同,重点在于电话注册的步骤。
通过了解设备在正确注册过程中所经历的过程,排除设备注册问题至关重要。
某些事件(如断电、硬件或软件缺陷、连接不稳定、网络中服务质量欠佳等)可能导致一个或多个电话从Call Manager注销。无论是单个事件还是间歇性事件,澄清问题以缩小范围非常重要。
必须拥有电话注册过程中所涉及的每个组件的日志,才能找到问题所在。
