当前没有可用于此配置的验证过程。
本部分提供的信息可用于对配置进行故障排除。
SIP IP电话无法获得拨号音的一个常见原因是,有另一部分机号相同的电话。自Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express 4.2起,SIP电话不支持共享线路。因此,SIP电话不能在多个电话之间共享同一分机。此外,确保SIP电话调配了正确的分机。
要解决此问题,请确保出现以下情况:
SIP电话已配置分机,分机显示在SIP电话上。
没有配置了相同分机的另一个SIP或SCCP电话。
无法升级电话的最可能原因是Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express闪存中缺少固件文件或缺少tftp-server命令。
请尝试以下步骤以解决此问题:
检查闪存中是否存储了必要的固件文件。执行dir flash:命令,以检查闪存中的文件。
检查是否已更新OS79XX.TXT文件以反映正确的固件。79XX电话检查此文件以加载适当的固件并从SCCP更改为SIP。
检查以确保为每个固件文件添加了正确的tftp-server语句。请参阅配置TFTP部分。
确保为每种SIP电话类型添加了语音寄存器全局下的load命令。请参阅配置语音寄存器全局参数部分。
为了进一步排除故障,请收集这些调试,以查看电话能否从Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express闪存获得适当的电话负载。
Debug tftp events
无法调配的最可能原因是电话没有TFTP服务器选项的正确IP地址。
检查电话是否收到IP地址和正确的TFTP服务器IP地址。
确保添加了所有正确的语音寄存器全局命令。请参阅配置语音寄存器全局参数部分。
检查是否在每个语音寄存器池配置下使用了正确的MAC地址。
