Introduction
本文描述要求的步骤为了替换一台有故障的分支交换机(连结93180YC-EX)在设置的Ultra-M主机StarOS虚拟网络作用(VNFs)。
背景信息
Ultra-M是设计的一个被预先包装的和被验证的虚拟化的便携信息包核心解决方案简化VNFs的配置。 是Ultra-M设置的一部分的服务器被连接到三不同种类的交换机:

在Ultra-M设置的分支交换机
在Ultra-M设置,分支交换机处理这些网络:
- OpenStack网络-处理承租人,内部API,存储网络,存储管理网络
- StarOS VNF网络-处理DI网络和业务网
- 上行链路网络-与脊椎交换机的上行链路连接
在Ultra-M设置的每个机架有一个对分支交换机。由分支交换机处理的网络也许有在机架的分支交换机的间冗余。因此,不应该由分支交换机的更换影响网络。
前提:
1. 在您继续进行交换机更换前,请使用配置文件的备份从分支交换机的有使用的ftp/sftp。

4. 记录下来物理电缆连接到交换机和端口状态。

交换机替换程序:
1. 在机架上安装新的交换机并且连接电缆到交换机如注释。可以找到交换机安装的步骤: Cisco连结93180YC-EX NX-OS模式硬件安装指南
2. 通过进一步配置的管理IP地址进行对交换机的初始IP配置为了enable (event)访问。步骤为了执行初始IP设置可以是指从: 连接交换机到网络。
3. 检查连结交换机的软件版本并且对早先软件版本的升级/降级: Cisco连结9000系列NX-OS软件升级和降级指南
4. 检查新的连结交换机的许可证级别并且确认它是根据老许可证设置。
