背景
CALLGUID(全域性唯一標識)是一個唯一值,用於在呼叫的不同階段標識呼叫。在Contact Center Enterprise(CCE)版本12.5及更低版本中,無論何時座席進行轉接或電話會議,CallGUID都會有所不同。終止呼叫詳細資訊(TCD)表可以看到這種情況,客戶出於報告目的使用此表來瞭解座席何時進行了這些操作。現在,CCE版本12.6已實施更改,並且每當代理轉接或進行電話會議時,CALLGUID保持不變。
概觀
兩個座席電話都是Cisco Unified Communications Manager(CUCM)上的分機,呼叫者是公共交換電話網路(PSTN)號碼。
CUCM 198.18.133.3。
代理1分機1080。
PSTN來電者。
全面的呼叫流程:
1)PSTN > CUBE > CVP > ICM > VVB > CUCM > Agent。
2)來自UCCE的呼叫座席 — Transfer—> CTI Route Point —> ICM —> CVP Interactive Voice Response(IVR)。
高級呼叫流程
1)PSTN呼叫者撥打免費電話號碼(TFN),該號碼先呼叫CUBE,然後呼叫CVP。
2)通過綜合呼叫流程後,呼叫將路由至帶分機1080的座席1。
3)代理1選擇Consult in Finesse並撥號電腦電話整合路由點(CTI RP)以獲取IVR。
4)Agent選擇Conference,現在在Agent、PSTN和IVR之間連線。
5)IVR完成並丟棄會議。仍保留座席和PSTN呼叫者。
疑難排解
預設OPC跟蹤(診斷門戶中的級別0)足以跟蹤呼叫。
