背景資訊

在MS上遇到的最常見問題之一是它無法訪問錄製，因為介質已從MS中刪除。本文說明如何更好地排除這些型別的故障，以幫助瞭解記錄媒體為什麼不在MS上。

問題

無法播放來自MS Search and Play的錄製。磁軌大小顯示00:00:00，錄音左邊有一個黃色驚歎號，表示沒有媒體，如圖所示。

最常見問題

修剪的媒體

如果MS上的修剪配置已超過特定年齡，或者如果較新的記錄需要更多的磁碟空間，則可以修剪記錄。

您可以在以下位置找到修剪設定：Cisco MediaSense管理>管理>修剪策略配置。如果選擇了不自動刪除關聯資料和轉換的媒體檔案設置，則在從伺服器修剪錄製時，會保留其後設資料，並顯示帶有錯誤「Record Cancelled」或「Zero Size Tracks」的黃色感歎號，如下圖所示。

驗證這一點的最快方法是使用媒體服務生成的groom.log。

按年齡修剪

您可以從即時監控工具(RTMT)的媒體服務日誌集合中收集groom.log和/或orapurge.log，或者快速使用命令列介面(CLI):

註：整理日誌顯示原始SMD檔案，該檔案與媒體服務的MySQL資料庫中的會話ID關聯。從SMD檔案獲取會話ID是相當麻煩的，因為它對伺服器具有根訪問許可權。這些日誌僅用於瞭解已修剪的錄音的年代。

空間修剪

您還可以看到何時修剪錄製以為新錄製回收磁碟空間。當MS達到/recordedMedia分割槽達到90%的臨界條件時，會修剪舊錄製（即使低於年齡閾值），以便為新錄製騰出空間。 MS會修剪批次200條記錄，直到磁碟空間達到或低於86%。

存檔前的修剪

在MS 10.5中引入了將存檔記錄到SFTP伺服器。在某些情況下，您可能會在歸檔之前修剪介質。一個常見的問題是與SFTP伺服器的連線斷開，並且儘管該錄製已提前很長時間存檔，但由於與SFTP伺服器的連線問題，MS無法進行存檔。如果嘗試存檔失敗，MediaSense會反複嘗試存檔記錄。

來自CUCM的編解碼器協商失敗

此範例適用於內建橋接器(BiB)錄製。在CUCM/MS辭彙表中，近端裝置是將音訊傳輸到MS的裝置，在電話配置了BiB錄音的情況下，這是CUCM電話。遠端裝置是傳送媒體至記錄裝置的裝置。在大多數情況下，這是CUCM SIP中繼，PSTN電話的SIP信令來自該裝置。等效地，您可以認為近端信令是由已記錄裝置傳送的，而遠端信令是由已記錄裝置接收的。
