本文中的資訊是根據特定實驗室環境內的裝置所建立。文中使用到的所有裝置皆從已清除(預設)的組態來啟動。如果您的網路正在作用,請確保您已瞭解任何指令可能造成的影響。
如果發現可能與NAM模組相關的問題,第一步是啟用擴展日誌記錄功能。當NAM模組運行時,必須在客戶端終端上完成此操作。
步驟 1.打開AnyConnect窗口並確保其處於焦點狀態。
步驟 2.按下此按鍵組合,左Shift +左Alt + L。沒有回應。
步驟 3.按一下右鍵Windows系統托盤中的AnyConnect圖示。選單彈出。
步驟 4.選擇Extended Logging,使其顯示複選標籤。NAM現在記錄詳細的調試消息。
啟用擴展日誌記錄後,NAM還會保持資料包捕獲緩衝區運行。預設情況下,緩衝區限制為大約1MB。如果需要資料包捕獲,增加緩衝區大小以便捕獲更多活動可能會有幫助。要擴展緩衝區,必須手動修改XML設定檔案。
步驟 1.在Windows PC上,瀏覽至:
C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Network Access Manager\system\
步驟 2.打開檔案internalConfiguration.xml。
步驟 3.找到XML標籤<packetCaptureFileSize>1</packetCaptureFileSize>,然後將10MB緩衝區大小的值調整為10,依此類推。
步驟 4.重新啟動客戶端PC以使更改生效。
NAM日誌收集透過診斷和報告工具(DART)完成,這是AnyConnect套件的一個模組。在安裝程式中,選擇一個模組並使用AnyConnect完整安裝ISO進行安裝。思科媒體服務介面(MSI)安裝程式也可以在ISO中找到。
啟用「擴展日誌記錄」並執行測試後,只需運行DART並瀏覽對話方塊,預設情況下,日誌捆綁包位於Windows案頭上。
除DART捆綁包外,NAM消息日誌還有助於在NAM日誌中查詢相關資料。要查詢NAM消息日誌,請導航到AnyConnect settings window > Network Access Manager > Message History。消息日誌包含每個網路連線事件的時間戳,可用於查詢與事件相關的日誌。
NAM日誌(尤其是在啟用擴展日誌記錄之後)包含大量資料,其中大多數資料是無關的,可以忽略。本部分列出調試行,以演示NAM建立網路連線所執行的每個步驟。在處理日誌時,這些關鍵片語有助於查詢與問題相關的日誌部分。
