簡介
本文說明如何重新啟動和檢視電子郵件安全裝置(ESA)或Cloud Email Security(CES)上的服務引擎狀態。
背景資訊
從Async OS 11.1.x及更高版本開始,ESA允許對裝置的SSH具有管理訪問許可權的使用者在需要時檢視和重新啟動某些服務。請參閱此處的發行說明。
注意:只有在特定已知問題進行故障排除時,才應重新啟動服務,如有疑問,請聯絡Cisco TAC。
必要條件
需求
- 運行Async OS 11.1或更高版本的ESA
- 對裝置的管理SSH訪問
- 熟悉通過安全外殼(SSH)執行命令

本檔案中的資訊是根據 所有受支援的ESA硬體型號和運行Async OS 11.x或更高版本的虛擬裝置。
要從CLI驗證裝置的版本資訊,請輸入version命令。在GUI中,選擇Monitor > System Status。
本文中的資訊是根據特定實驗室環境內的裝置所建立。文中使用到的所有裝置皆從已清除(預設)的組態來啟動。如果您的網路正在作用,請確保您已瞭解任何指令可能造成的影響。
重新啟動並檢視ESA/CES上啟用的服務引擎的狀態
1.使用SSH連線到ESA。
2.輸入命令diagnostic,然後輸入子命令服務
3.通過鍵入列出的服務名稱(不區分大小寫)來選擇其中一項服務。
4.某些服務可能包含子命令,用於根據已安裝的裝置許可證選擇特定服務(例如McAfee/Sophos防病毒)。
5.輸入命令status以檢視服務的狀態,或輸入restart命令重新啟動服務。
