當JVDI客戶端的SIP連線正常工作且發生CTI故障時,Jabber CSF裝置會顯示為從CUCM Administration > Device > Phone網站註冊的裝置。

CTI裝置控制禁用解決方案
當JVDI軟體電話失敗是由於SIP連線失敗時,來自VDI的Jabber連線狀態將虛擬通道顯示為connected,但SIP和CTI狀態顯示為Not Connected。
當從JVDI客戶端的SIP連線失敗時,Jabber CSF裝置會顯示為從CUCM Administration > Device > Phone網站上取消註冊的Jabber CSF。
使用JVDI時,所有SIP流量均源自瘦客戶端電腦上的JVDI客戶端。要排除故障,請收集列出的跟蹤和日誌。
