注意：《Cisco IM&P配置指南》僅提到了識別重複使用者的單一方法。 但是，在某些情況下，utils uservalidate all命令不會顯示任何資訊或顯示空輸出。
疑難排解
對於這些情況，建議採取以下步驟：
步驟1.登入到IM&P的管理網頁(GUI)，然後導航至System Troubleshooter頁籤。
步驟2.如果在此找到任何重複的使用者條目，您可以注意到上述使用者的使用者ID。
步驟3.請注意使用者ID，並返回到IM&P命令列介面(CLI)
步驟4.執行命令：
運行sql select * from enduser where enduser.userid='_user_ID'
