例如,在T1 CA中,Wink啟動信令,當PBX摘機時,路由器/網關側時隙保持空閒(EM_ONHOOK)狀態,直到呼叫被遠端目標應答。當遠端目標應答呼叫時,路由器時隙狀態更改為EM_OFFHOOK。
如果呼叫未連線,路由器/網關會向呼叫者播放帶內重排音。由於路由器端的通道狀態仍為EM_ONHOOK,因此路由器無法掛斷通道。呼叫者掛斷後,PBX需要將其通道狀態從摘機更改為摘機。
在某些情況下,PBX不會在ABCD轉換的幫助下傳送掛機消息。路由器具有這種稱為假應答的解決方法。如果沒有假的解決方法,通道將無限期處於EM_PARK狀態。有關詳細資訊,請參閱假答案部分。

時隙停滯在EM_PARK狀態有兩個可能的主要原因:
數位訊號處理器(DSP)損壞,存在硬體或軟體問題。
PSTN交換機/PBX向路由器傳送連續摘機訊號,但不會釋放該訊號。
以下是此問題的解決方案:
如果系統中的時隙停滯在EM_PARK狀態,請檢查DSP。請參閱排除Cisco 2600/3600系列路由器的NM-HDV上的DSP故障,檢查DSP。
如果DSP處於活動狀態,則問題可能在PSTN交換機/PBX端或Cisco IOS®(路由器/網關不啟動虛假應答過程)。 有關詳細資訊,請參閱假答案部分。
思科路由器/網關在知道需要將PBX的時隙設定為掛機並播放重新排序音後,等待預設值30秒(使用timeouts wait-release 和timeouts call-disconnect 命令更改這些值)。
如果未發生這種情況,路由器會將時隙移至EM_PARK狀態,然後啟動另一個計時器,持續時間為10秒。如果PBX在10秒的持續時間後仍未掛機,則路由器會騙取PBX。路由器傳送一秒持續時間的假應答,然後掛機。
路由器傳送虛假應答訊號後,路由器會啟動另一個計時器,時間為五分鐘。如果PBX掛機,計時器將停止,路由器將時隙轉換為EM_ONHOOK狀態。否則,在5分鐘後,它會傳送持續時間為一秒的另一假應答訊號。路由器重複此過程,直到PBX掛機。路由器強制PBX清除呼叫。
注意:由於實際呼叫已清除,因此此應答轉換不會更新為任何記帳記錄。但是,PBX將其理解為應答,使用者可能要支付一秒的持續通話費。
如果與EM_PARK狀態的時隙關聯的DSP處於活動狀態且運行正常,且問題仍然存在,請運行debug vpm all和debug vtsp all命令,以檢視Cisco IOS是否嘗試傳送虛假答案。
注意:您需要運行調試超過5分鐘。
