Este documento trata cómo configurar que un router de la serie Cisco 3600 acepte llamadas asincrónicas entrantes en circuitos ISDN T1 (PRI o señalización asociada al canal [CAS]). Esta configuración sólo incluye lo mínimo indispensable requerido para que el servidor de acceso a la red (NAS) acepte la llamada. Es posible agregar otras funciones a esta configuración, lo cual depende de sus necesidades.

En este ejemplo, el Módulo de red de módem digital se encuentra en la ranura 1 del router Cisco 3640. La herramienta Output Interpreter (sólo para clientes registrados) permite utilizar algunos comandos “show” y ver un análisis del resultado de estos comandos.
show isdn status - Asegura que el router se comunique adecuadamente con el switch ISDN. Verifique en el resultado que el estado de la capa 1 sea ACTIVE (Activo) y que aparezca MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED en la capa 2. Este comando muestra también el número de llamadas activas.
show caller user username detail – Muestra parámetros específicos para un usuario en particular, como la dirección de IP asignada, los parámetros PPP y de agrupamiento PPP, etc. Si su versión del software del IOS de Cisco no es compatible con este comando, utilice el comando show user.
show dialer map – Muestra mapas de marcado configurados, dinámicos y estáticos. Puede usar este comando para ver si el mapa del marcador dinámico ha sido creado. Sin un asignador de marcado no puede rutear paquetes.

debug isdn q931 – Muestra la configuración de la llamada y cierra las conexiones de la red ISDN (Capa 3)

depurar módem csm – Comando EXEC para resolver problemas del Call Switching Module (CSM) en routers con módems digitales internos. Con este comando puede realizar un seguimiento de la secuencia completa de la switching de las llamadas entrantes y salientes.
debug pp negotiation – Muestra información sobre el tráfico PPP e intercambios mientras negocia el Protocolo de control de link (LCP), la autenticación ysel Protocolo de control de red (NCP).
