Overview of the agent model
Cisco's agent model is open to existing Cisco partners or independent agents. By working with Cisco's technology services brokers, partners and agents are able to offer our market-leading cloud Webex portfolio—Calling, Meetings, Contact Center, Messaging, and Devices—through a simple, efficient experience. Currently, the agent model is available in the United States with the Webex portfolio.
