FAQ about training requests and program information
Visit https://id.cisco.com/signin/register to create your CCO ID. You must complete all fields in detail so that the information corresponds to the quote document that will be generated. The quote document will not progress until you have completed all fields.

Government procurement offices will determine all approvals. You can find the program guides at the following credentialing opportunities online (COOL) services.
Training cannot begin until formal program approval and payment has been completed by the military procurement office. Notifications will be sent to the learner to let them know they have been granted access to training and / or exam voucher.
It is the learner’s responsibility to forward the formal quote to the appropriate procurement office. Cisco is not able to send the quotes to anyone except for the requester.
