ISO 9001 - Quality Certifications
Cisco's Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001 by an Accredited Certification Body.
Cisco was first certified to ISO 9001 on November 24, 1993, and has received regular surveillance audits to maintain certification since then.
In 2007, Cisco achieved Global ISO 9001 Certification. This certification covers Cisco sites and functions under one quality management system. This certification approach promotes a common process infrastructure worldwide and demonstrates Cisco's commitment to quality.
