Tour of Duty 17 years of active duty in the Telecommunication Industry has seen the Director Operations as a veteran innovator.
Mr. Rohatgi fought on the international front with British Telecom in the U.K. and worked in their high speed optical networks R&D group.
Following this the Director Operations joined with Telstra Corporation in Sydney, Australia and was responsible for the development of Telstra's Internet Data Center business and marketing its services within Australia. During his tenure in Telstra, Mr. Rohatgi held a variety of roles in network operations, service support and sales.
Later on, Nortel enlisted Mr. Rohatgi. Here he took on the role of Director Business Development for Optical Ethernet for the Asia Pacific region and was based in Hong Kong. Mr. Rohatgi led the Technology and Solution Initiative practice and was instrumental in successfully driving the Internet Data Center solution within Asia Pacific region.
Three years ago the Director Operations joined forces with Cisco and, to date, remains an integral part of their operations here in South East Asia.

As Director of Product Line Management for Cisco's Service Provider Edge Routing Business Unit, Chris leads product definition and marketing for Cisco's industry leading Services Edge Routers, the Cisco 7600, ASR 1000, UBR 10000, 7200 and 7300 product families.
Tour of Duty With over 15 heroic years in Telecommunications, Chris brings a wealth of experience and insight to his responsibilities for defining networking technologies and services that continue to evolve the Next Generations of Networks. Prior to his current role, Chris lead Cisco's Carrier Ethernet Product team responsible for initial definition of Cisco's newest router, the ASR 90000, as well as the Cisco 7600 Router team. As director of the 7600 Router team, Chris lead the team through almost 100% growth, a run rate in excess of $1.2B U.S. and market share leadership world wide in the Ethernet Services and Carrier Ethernet Markets.
Chris joined Cisco as part of the Cerent acquisition, a next generation optical start up acquired by Cisco for $7.4B U.S. in 1999 Chris went on to lead product management and marketing activities at Cisco's Optical Business Unit, growing the business from initial orders of $12M prior to its acquisition by Cisco, to a run rate in excess of $1B U.S.
Prior to Cerent, Chris lead service provider product marketing activities for the access business of DSC communications, one of the first innovators of remote broadband systems. Chris lead the service provider marketing efforts for the access business unit, where he helped the company achieve number one market share status world wide in ADSL deployments. DSC was acquired by Alcatel Network Systems in 1998.
Chris began is career in telecommunications as an officer in the U.S. Military, where he lead operations and communications teams in forward deployed battle groups for the U.S. Navy.

Ms. Morrow wields the innate abilities of foresight and the gift of persuasion. She holds the position of Distinguished Consulting Engineer and Asia-Pacific Service Provider Chief Technology at Cisco Systems, Inc. and amidst her many projects she shares her experiences with other heroes through numerous conference presentations and literature.
Tour of Duty In the course of her adventures, Ms. Morrow has worked for both enterprise and service provider companies in the United States and in Europe. In 1999, she led the Engineering Project team for one of the first European MPLS-VPN deployments for a European service provider.
Ms. Morrow is also active in both the IETF and ITU-T SG 13, Vice-Chairs the IPsphere Forum, is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and is working on the Next Generation Networks (NGN) for service providers.

Rajiv Kapoor is Director for Standards & Industry Marketing in SP Marketing. Rajiv has been working in SP Standards bodies for the last 25 years. His group has experts in Routing & Switching, Cable/IPTV/Video/CH, Mobility. He has been attending and leading ITU-T for over 20 years and has experience with industry consortia. He has been key in Cisco's SP standards efforts.
Dr Vojislav Vucetic is a Senior Manager in the Industry and Technology Marketing team in SP Marketing organization. Currently he leads a group that is responsible to coordinate mobility related industry and standards activities with the Cisco carrier's development organizations and service providers. His current focus is on converged architecture and protocols for access-agnostic IP-based networks to support 3GPP, 3GPP2, WiMaX and other access technologies.
Tour of Duty In 1988 he joined AT&T Bell Laboratories where he worked on software design and software architecture for data communications systems and network designs for data carrier networks internationally. In 1998 he joined Cisco's league of Heroes, as a consulting engineer supporting US-based and international service providers. He also contributed to Carrier Ethernet, video and cable-based VoIP development activities.

The originator and patent holder of the key XR innovation Prefix Independent Convergence (PIC), Pranav is passionate about establishing Cisco as the industry's Thought Leader. In his current role as a XR product manager, he collaborates with SPSRG and CRBU to bring key technology innovations to XR. He is responsible for Routing and IP services in XR. Pranav has broad experience across technologies such as Fast Convergence, MPLS L3VPN, L2VPN, IPv6, QoS, Security, Routing Protocols and Hardware Accelerated Platforms such as GSR, CRS and Viking. He has helped operators achieve carrier class High Availability (five 9's) resulting in vastly improved competitive differentiation and thought leadership in the Service Provider Market. He was awarded BRAT Innovation award for Prefix Independent Convergence Idea within CRBU
Pranav and his wife both love working for Cisco and together they make up the ideal Cisco Family. Pranav is actively involved in basketball, volleyball and badminton leagues and competitively participates in Cisco's Table Tennis playoffs.
Tour of Duty Prior to his current role, Pranav was a Technical Leader of the GSR Platform. He has delivered the best selling line cards of the GSR platform Engine 3 and Engine 5 and led the design efforts for the next generation line card on the GSR Platform. He has worked in all areas of the platform such as L3VPN, IPv6, 6PE, Qos, Security, Fast Convergence and served as key point of contact for the field SE, TMEs. During his tenure in GSR, he was awarded 5 patents and is actively working on several new ideas. He has helped GSR grow from a $250M to a $1B run rate business.

Dr Matthias Falkner is an Architect, Technical Marketing, in Cisco's Edge Routing Business Unit (ERBU). He currently focuses on Service Provider architectures, and in particular on next-generation broadband integrated services architectures. Dr. Falkner also works on the evolution of Cisco's midrange router portfolio, specializing on technologies that are particularly relevant for Service Providers, such as High-Availability, Broadband Technologies or Quality of Service.
His technology interests are in the area of Traffic Modeling, Peer-to-peer traffic analysis, Simulation and Modeling.
Tour of Duty Prior to his role in ERBU, Dr Falkner held several positions in product management, and served as a Product Line manager for the Cisco 10000 Series Routers. From 2000 - 2005 Dr. Falkner was a Consulting Systems Engineer in the Deutsche Telekom Account Team with Cisco Germany, where he focused on the introduction of networking technologies such as L3VPN, L2VPNs, Traffic engineering, IP Multicast or IPv6.

Having over 13 years experience in the Service Provider industry, Chia is currently focused on consulting to both Fixed and Wireless Operators in the region. In his current role as a Solutions Architect, he is involved in working with Operators, aligning their Business and Operational goals to their Network Architecture. Chia's experience covers across technologies such as Cable (DOCSIS), DSL, Ethernet, WiMax, Mobile and Service Enablement. His engagements have seen Operators aligning their Network Architecture to a Services Framework resulting in improved Competitive Differentiation and Cost Savings
Chia is married with 2 children and enjoys time off with his family. He is an active cyclist and middle distance runner, in which he also participates in recreational events
Tour of Duty Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Consulting Engineer in Cisco ANZ. During his role in ANZ, he has worked with both regional and global customers including Vodafone, SingTel-Optus, Hutchison 3G. His experience in ANZ have seen him work across the various phases and trends in the market such as Deregulation of Access, Competition for the last mile, introduction of 3G wireless, Broadband Wireless substitution and Government Broadband initiatives

John Evans is a Distinguished Consulting Engineer within Cisco's Development Organization, where he works on the definition of next generation network architectures for Service Providers. His technology focus spans core IP / MPLS design and technologies, traffic engineering / management, QOS and support for video services in core IP / MPLS networks.
Tour of Duty His previous areas of focus include QOS and policy, resource and admission control for broadband networks, with associated work in the DSL Forum, the MSF and ETSI / TISPAN; he maintains an active interest in these areas. He authored "Deploying IP and MPLS QOS for Multiservice Networks" and has filed a number of patents in his focus technology areas. John has been actively involved in the development, deployment and evolution of Service Provider IP / MPLS architectures for a more than ten years, is recognized within Cisco and the industry as a leader and innovator in IP / MPLS networking and is frequently a speaker on these subjects at industry forums.
Prior to joining Cisco in 1999, John worked for British Telecom where he was responsible for the design and development of large-scale networks for the financial community. Prior to joining BT, he worked on the design, deployment and operation of battlefield communications networks for the military.

Chris Heckscher is managing director of Advanced Services for Cisco Services in Asia Pacific. He has full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility and a squad of over 400 superheroes including solution architects, business & technology consultants, subject matter experts and others. His focus is on planning, designing and delivering innovative solutions to enable competitive advantage and business success for Cisco's largest Service Provider and enterprise customers in the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Hong Kong, Heckscher has had senior leadership roles at Cisco for more than nine years. Before his current position, he was Director of the Asia Service Provider group. Previous positions include Director of Competitive Strategy and Managing Director of Global Accounts. In that role, Heckscher grew the business from US$100 million to more than US$450 million in five years. He joined Cisco in 1998 and held several different management positions at Cisco's headquarters in San Jose, California.
Tour of Duty Before joining Cisco, Heckscher spent seven years with AT&T in various sales management roles and capacities. In 1997, Chris was elected to the AT&T Leader's Council, a position given to the top one percent of sales leaders, and was also nominated to participate in AT&T's Executive Leadership Continuity Program (LCP) from 1996 to 1998.

Mr Paul Djatmiko is the General Manager of Core Network Engineering and Implementation. His core responsibilities include providing Core Network Capacity to capture the subscriber growth. Mr Djatmiko is also involved in the design and strategic implemention of Core Network Architecture and Roadmap .
Tour of Duty Mr Djatmiko's adventures with PT Telkomsel began in 1995 where he oversaw the operations and maintenance of the GSM Core Network. In 2004, he became General Manager of Network Operation for East Area of Indonesia.
Academic Accomplishments: Telecommunications Engineering at Institute Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya Telkomsel is the leading operator of cellular telecommunications services in Indonesia by market share.
