This document provides installation instructions for ICM11.0(2) ES1. It also contains a list of ICM issues resolved by this engineering special. Please review all sections in this document pertaining to installation before installing the product. Failure to install this engineering special as described may result in inconsistent ICM behavior.

ICM 11.0(2)
ICM11.0(2) ES1 is compatible with and should be installed on these ICM components:
Do not install this engineering special on any ICM components other than:
1.
Restart ICM Server where patch ICM11.0(2)
ES1needs to be installed (ICM Distributor and Client AW).
2.
Download the ICM11.0(2)ES1
patch.
3.
Make sure ICM Severs are installed with
ICM 11.0(2)MR.
4.
Install the patch on ICM Server and
follow the instructions on the installer.
5.
On completion of install installer will
ask for restart of the server. Click ok for restart.
6. If Installer is not asking for server restart then restart it manually.
1.
Restart ICM Server where patch ICM
11.0(2) is installed (ICM Distributor and Client AW).
2.
Go to Add and Remove programs from
Control Panel
3.
Locate the ICM11.0(2)ES1 in program
list
4.
Uninstall the patch on ICM Server and
follow the instructions on the installer.
5.
On completion of uninstall installer
will ask for restart of the server. Click Ok for restart.
6. If Installer is not asking for server restart then restart it manually.
To uninstall this patch, go to Control Panel. Select "Add or Remove Programs". Find the installed patch in the list and select "Remove".
Note: Patches have to be removed in the reverse order in which they were installed. For example, if you had installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you will need to uninstall patches 10, 5 and 3 in that order to remove all patches for that product.

Defect Number: CSCux63199
Component: scripteditor
Severity: 2
Headline: Internet Script editor(ISE) is not validating ISE user domain.
Symptom: A
vulnerability in how domains are associated to specific customer configurations
with the Cisco Internet Script Editor (ISE) could allow an authenticated,
remote attacker to be improperly configured for another customer's profile. The
user is unable to access scripts and configuration objects designated this a
specific customer when logged in through ISE. The vulnerability is due to
multiple customer profiles which share a common username. An attacker could
exploit this vulnerability logging into the ISE with a username which is
defined in multiple domains. An exploit could allow the attacker to view
sensitive information which belongs to a another
customer's profile.
Conditions: Seen in environments where multiple customers are defined in
ICM / CCE and configuration objects like Scripts, Dialed Number, Labels, etc and users are mapped to specific ''customer''
definitions. The users in turn have the same user name albeit part of different
domains, who are meant to administer different scripts / configuration data.
Workaround: None. If possible, avoid having the same user name for different
administrators in multiple-domain / multiple-customer deployments.

Severity: 2
Headline: ISE users are able to see agents/services of all departments.
Symptom: Applicable For HCS-CC SCC2 deployment. where
* CCE is shared with multiple sub-customers. * Each sub-customer remote tenant
is associated with department and customer definition. If a sub-customer logs
in to ISE he is able to see all sub-customers agents and service.
Conditions: CCDM has not implemented department ID hosting for Agents and
Services node for partitioned ISE.
Workaround: No
