You can install Unified CCE 11.6(1) ES21 on these Unified CCE components:
Do not install this engineering special on the following components:
· Router, Logger, AW, PG other than CUCM/Agent PG
Double click on the ES patch to launch the installation. Follow the
on-screen setup instructions. Restart the machine when prompted by the
installer.
Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Symptom:
Error message in logs: ra-rtr Trace: Illegal value of -ZZZ from PG: Variable 11
for Peripheral XXX (ID YYY) TCD table t_Termination_Call_Detail will show
entries with CallDisposition=27 (SoftwareFailed)
Conditions: MR PG Tasks are remaining in queue for an extended time (28800
seconds), and the PG is monitoring the inactivity of task and terminating tasks
before an agent is assigned.
Workaround: N/A
Further Problem Description: One

Engineering Special or ES. If you are not directly experiencing this problem,
we encourage you to select or wait for a formally tested fix in an upcoming
major, minor, or maintenance release. Installing any interim emergency patch or
ES on a production system poses a risk of instability due to the limited
testing it receives. If you believe you are currently experiencing this problem
and you cannot wait for a later release, please select the link for the ES
built for your system. To identify the base version for this ES, please remove
_ES?? from the version name listed below. That will give you the version of the
tested base release you may install a given ES over. Be sure to read the
release notes or Readme file before running the patch installer.

Headline: Agent cannot enter wrapup data when Customer drops conf call with Agents on different PGs
Symptom:
Agent cannot enter wrapup data when Customer drops conf call with Agents on
different PGs. Reproducing Steps: 1. Agent1 in PG1 answers the customer call.
2. Agent1 in PG1 conferences the call with Agent2 in PG2. 3. Customer leaves
the call first. 4. Agent1 in PG1 leaves the call next. Problem: Now, Agent1 in
PG1 can't enter the wrapup data when the agent is in wrapup state.
Conditions: The problem will happen during conference calls between
different PGs.
Workaround: None.
