Note: Remove patches in the reverse order of their installation. For example, if you installed patches 3, then 5, then 10 for a product, you must uninstall patches 10, 5, and 3, in that order, to remove the patches from that product.

Symptom:
Data Hole is observed in certain interval tables on AW-HDS, when the logger is
taken down ( for patching) and brought up in approx. 2 to 3 hours after
patching. We have observed this issue for Skill_Group_Interval
table so far. Recovery happens fine on Logger and both the loggers are in sync.
Conditions: Router/Logger is taken down for a period of 2-3 hours, for a
server maintenance activity. Eg Microsoft patching.
Workaround: None.
Further Problem Description: Components involved: Route A & Logger A
Router B & Logger B AW-HDS-DDS 1 AW-HDS-DDS 2 AW-HDS-DDS 3 AW-HDS-DDS 4
Assume AW-HDS-DDS server 1 & 2 point to Logger A and AW-HDS-DDS 3 & 4
point to Logger B. Exact sequence of events are: 1) Router A and Logger A
services are changed to manual and then stopped. ( Router B and Logger B is
running). 2) Router A and Logger A servers are patched and rebooted multiple
times. Whole activity usually takes 2-3 hours. 3) Router A and Logger A
services is changed to automatic and brought up. 4) After recovery on Logger A
and replication-recovery on AW-HDS-DDS 1 & 2, we observe that there would
be data hole for certain intervals for Skill_Group_Interval
tables, in AW-HDS-DDS servers 1 & 2. It is possible that we may find that
interval X on AW-HDS-DDS1 has all the records however AW-HDS-DDS 2 is missing
few records for interval X. Similarly there would all the records for interval
Y on AW-HDS-DDS2 and missing few records in AW-HDS-DDS1
