Supported Global Controller Appliances

Cisco Security MARS release 6.1.X supports the following Global Controller appliance models:

•Cisco Security MARS GC2 (CS-MARS-GC2-K9)

•Cisco Security MARS GC2R (CS-MARS-GC2R-K9)

• Cisco Security MARS GC (CS-MARS-GC-K9)

•Cisco Security MARS GCm (CS-MARS-GCM-K9)

•Protego Networks PN-MARS GC

•Protego Networks PN-MARS GCm

Supported Reporting Devices

The following Local Controller models can be managed by a Global Controller appliance running the Cisco Security MARS release 6.1.X:

Note The release of software running on a Global Controller must match the release running on the managed Local Controllers. For example, a GC2 running 6.0.1 can manage any model of Local Controller running 6.0.1. It cannot manage a Local Controller running 4.3.x or 5.3.x releases.

Table 1 lists the devices supported upon release of Cisco Security MARS Global Controller 6.0.x, model GC2R.

Note The Cisco Security MARS 20R, 100E, and GCM become the Cisco Security MARS 20, 100, and GC respectively when reimaged with Release 6.0.X.
