Frage:
Wie kann ich eine Fußzeile/einen Haftungsausschluss für E-Mail-Nachrichten stempeln, die mein Netzwerk für bestimmte Benutzergruppen verlassen?
Viele Organisationen möchten ausgehenden Nachrichten aus ihrem E-Mail-System eine Fußzeile zuweisen. Dies geschieht in der Regel aus rechtlichen Gründen, z. B. um einen Haftungsausschluss in die Nachricht aufzunehmen oder den Empfänger zu warnen, dass die Nachricht geschützte Mitteilungen enthält. In AsyncOS wird dies als "Fußzeilenprägung" bezeichnet.
Fußzeilenprägung ist eine ziemlich ungenaue Kunst und ist in der Regel nur für ausgehende Post nützlich. Dies liegt daran, dass viele Nachrichten eine komplexe Struktur haben, z. B. HTML- oder Microsoft Word-Textteile, und das Hinzufügen einer Fußzeile zu diesen Textteilen ist möglicherweise nicht möglich. Es gibt zwei Schritte zum Ausstanzen der Fußzeile. Zuerst wird die Fußzeile erstellt. Anschließend wird die Fußzeile der Nachricht auf eine von drei Arten hinzugefügt.
- Erstellen Sie zunächst die Fußzeile. Navigieren Sie in der GUI zu Mail-Policys -> Textressourcen, und klicken Sie dann auf Textressource hinzufügen
- Erstellen Sie einen Content-Filter für \"Ausgehend\", der keine Bedingungen enthält (er wird also auf alle Nachrichten in der Mail-Policy angewendet) und die Aktion \"Footer hinzufügen\" mit der von Ihnen erstellten Footer enthält.
- Aktivieren Sie den Filter für Fußzeilenstempel in der Richtlinie.
Tipp: Fußzeilenprägungen können zwar auf dem Listener oder mit einem Nachrichtenfilter oder Content-Filter vorgenommen werden, die einfachste Methode, dies für eine bestimmte Benutzergruppe zu tun, ist die Verwendung eines Content-Filters.
Sie können Nachrichten auch mit einem Nachrichtenfilter eine Fußzeile hinzufügen:
