Service Access Management Tool - SAMT

Cisco is excited to introduce an enhanced SAMT (Service Access Management Tool). This new version is accessible to all SAMT administrators! Legacy SAMT will be shut down on January 26th 2025. Any questions or concerns can be emailed to samtsupport@cisco.com

Easy connection to Cisco Service

When you require technical support from Cisco, time is of the essence. Avoid unnecessary delays in verifying your identity and entitlement under your company's service contract. Utilize SAMT to proactively grant your users the necessary support access, ensuring that only authorized individuals receive access.

To request the SAMT Admin role, or to request to manage additional contracts or Bill to Ids please contact Web-help-sr@cisco.com along with the contracts or Bill-to-Ids that you need to request admin privileges for.

The legacy SAMT version is still available for use while additional features are being released in the new SAMT. We invite you to explore the new SAMT and familiarize yourself with it, as legacy will be shut down as of January 26th, 2025. You may share your feedback through the tool or via this Microsoft Forms survey. Should you need any technical support or assistance, please feel free to reach out to samtsupport@cisco.com.

To request to become a SAMT Admin please contact web-help-sr@cisco.com with the contracts or Bill-to Ids that you would like to be admin for. These requests may require Cisco account manager approval.
