Overview
Partner Experience (PX) Cloud is a portal for Cisco Partners to connect with Cisco and their Customers that includes unified dashboards, Partner Offers, learnings, and more. PX Cloud allows Partners to identify opportunities to extend their service offerings by accessing a customer's CX Cloud information. PX Cloud also provide a comprehensive set of APIs that allows partners to integrate our insights into their Customer Success practice tools.
After onboarding, navigate to PX Cloud and log in using CCO (Cisco ID) credentials.

ISO Success Track
Partners can now access the Integrated Secure Operations (ISO) Success Track through cross launch. Upon customer approval of the Success Track, the Customer Lifecycle and Customer Data Reports Level 1 APIs are available for Partner consumption. Customer Data Reports include Assets, Hardware, Software, Licenses, Purchased Licenses, and Status.
Assets API Updates for Collaboration Success Track
The Assets Level 1 API has been enhanced to include the following additional response parameters for the Collaboration Success Track:

- orgId
- orgName
- belongsTo
- devicePlatform
- deviceDisplayStatus
- webexDeviceId
