This document describes the best practice to distribute the Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) for Endpoints notifications to a larger audience rather than only to one user under the same organization.

Problem

At this time, the AMP for Endpoints Console sends Announcements, Notifications, and Reports only to the Notification Email set in user preferences.

This imposes a challenge when you create custom reports or you want to distribute the notifications to a group of users.

Solution

Option 1. Set the Notification Email of a user to a mailer.

Navigate to AMP for Endpoints Console > Accounts > Users > Edit and then enter the Notification Email as shown in the image.

Option 2. Create a new user to get reports and notifications.

This method allows an organization to track custom reports and distribute all the notifications from the AMP for Endpoints Console to a wider audience.

From the AMP for Endpoints Console, navigate to Accounts > Users > Create New User and then click Create as shown in the image.
