Standardizing All 2/3 Sidebar Table Views

Smart PHY has consistent standardized functionality across all its 2/3 sidebar tables.

RPD Provisioning Enhancements

Configure Maximum Retries for RPD SSD Operations

With this release, you can configure the maximum number of Smart PHY's failed consecutive SSD operations and also configure the duration between the retry attempts. Enabling this feature allows you to manually configure and provide better control of the retry attempts and duration, instead of the default indefinite duration and retry attempts.

Smart PHY’s supports 128 RPDs per Line Card. A total of 32 DOCSIS Service Groups + 32 Video Service Groups can be configured on a Kobol-R line card (CBR-CCAP-LC-G2-R). This adds support for an additional 32 new Video Service Groups (downstream-video) in addition to the existing 32 Service Groups (downstream-cable).

Other Enhancements

I15 Specifications - GCP Redirect Global Configuration

With this release, if an RPD fails to be redirected using Smart PHY’s I15 compliant GCP Redirect, then you can configure a redirect of the same RPD with its original pre-I15 redirect behavior.
