Equivalent UCS PIDs for HX Drives

Cisco announced the End-of-Sale (EoS) for HyperFlex drives concurrent with the overall HyperFlex End-of-Life (EoL) announcement in September 2023. Subsequently, all HyperFlex hardware components, including drives, reached their End-of-Sale date on March 12, 2024. Because of the aforementioned End-of-Sale (EoS) for HyperFlex drives, the original HyperFlex Part Identification Numbers (PIDs) are no longer available for purchase. However, you can still expand the storage capacity of your existing HyperFlex cluster by utilizing equivalent UCS PIDs. The following table provides a cross-reference between HyperFlex PIDs and their corresponding equivalent UCS PIDs that can be ordered for this purpose.
