Usage Guidelines
The table below displays the keywords that represent the types of interfaces that can be configured with the interface command. Replace the type argument with the appropriate keyword from the table.
When you want to push a CLI template or add on CLI template after an upgrade, to match the device running configuration, you
must come out of the interface configuration. In this case, interface block must end with statement exit instead of "!". After configuring the interfaces, before starting on a new feature configuration, exit from the interface
configuration mode.
Starting from Cisco IOS XE Catalyst SD-WAN Release 17.15.1a, size limit for interface is within the range 1 to 31 for interface commands.
