About Cisco Jabber Guest
Introduction
Cisco Jabber Guest is a consumer-to-business (C2B) solution that extends the reach of Cisco's enterprise telephony to people outside of a corporate firewall who do not have phones registered with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Cisco Jabber Guest lets you connect with visitors through your web site or mobile application to talk with one or more of your employees through instant-on, real-time voice and video.
You control Cisco Jabber Guest links, users, and other call features from the web interface of the application. To manage these features, sign in to Cisco Jabber Guest Administration.
Call Session Capacity
Call Session Capacity (Cisco Expressway)
The maximum number of Cisco Jabber Guest sessions that can be supported through the Cisco Expressway depends on the type of appliance/VM server, and whether they are deployed as a single Cisco Expressway-C and Cisco Expressway-E pair or as Cisco Expressway-C and Cisco Expressway-E clusters.
